How long does it take to process my order?

  • All orders are personalized and specially made for you, we require 1-3  business days to process your order

Can I attach a note to my gift?

  • Yes, we provide handwritten notes. Don’t forget to add your note in the box provided before you checkout

Can I create my own custom gift box?

  • Yes, please contact us at if you want something different from what you see on the website

I don't want my gift personalized, how do I place an order?

  • Type N/A in the customization box and we will process your order without personalizing it

What is your return policy?

  • All our gift boxes are made to order and personalized so we do not offer returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and we will try our best to resolve the issues

I need multiple gift boxes for a special event, how do I proceed?

How does shipping work?

  • Our gift boxes are shipped in Canada through UPS or Purolator. We also offer GTA local delivery. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout. Please keep in mind that shipping during COVID-19 is sometimes delayed and unpredictable.

I want my gift delivered on a specific date, what do I need to do?

  • Please include the date you want your gift delivered in the Delivery note section. We can arrange for your gift to be delivered on a day of your choosing (no guarantees) with our 2-4 days of processing taken into account.

Do you include receipts in the box?

  • We do not include a paper copy of the receipt in the package. Not to worry, we will send you an electronic copy of your order confirmation.

Where do you deliver?

  • We currently deliver Canada-wide only.

How do I get my products included in your gift boxes?

  • We are always on the lookout for new products that meet our brand standards. If you have a product that you would like to include in our gift boxes, please contact us at and we’ll be happy to see if it is a fit.
