How long does it take to process my order?
- All orders are personalized and specially made for you, we require 2-4 business days to process your order
Can I attach a note to my gift?
- Yes, don’t forget to add your note in the box provided before you checkout
Can I customize a gift box?
- Yes, please contact us at email@example.com if you want something different from what you see on the website
What is your return policy?
- All our gift boxes are made to order and personalized so we do not offer returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and we will try our best to resolve the issues.
How does shipping work?
- Our gift boxes are shipped in Canada through UPS or Purolator. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee the actual shipping date.
Do you include receipts in the box?
- We do not include a paper copy of the receipt in the package. Not to worry, we will send you an electronic copy of your order confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
- We currently deliver Canada wide only.
How do I get my products included in your gift boxes?
